Another day off

Insert frowning face here. Friday, February 5 became another day off. And another day to eat too much - but at least what was eaten on both days was nuts and protein bars and cheese. I did add a couple of packs of peanut butter crackers.

So far today (February 6) has been a day to get back in the grove. Eating has gone well and a trip to the gym looms.

  1. I always call my workouts hot dates. I would tell people that I had a hot date with the gym or a hot date with the the park. If nothing else, it makes me think more positively about going and even helps me to look forward to it.

    So, I share this story to let you know that I understand that looming feeling. Sometimes, we have to psych our way through it. Hot dates are my psyche outs.

    Get back on the saddle. And know that workouts are always gracious. They welcome us back every time we show up!
